In the novel Animal Farm written by George Orwell, Napoleon is a willing candidate to change the farm and get the best for the animals on the farm. Throughout the novel, Napoleon changes drastically. You can start to see that Napoleon is changing because in the battle of the cowshed he doesn’t participate.Throughout the novel, Napoleon starts to get close with Mr Fredrick and starts to trade stuff with him. Also, he creates a simple easy saying “Four legs good Two Legs Better.” That the animals all say so they think Napoleon is the best and he is always right.

In the revolution, Napoleon starts to manipulate the animals. Napoleon creates a saying “Four legs good two legs better.” He creates this saying because its short and the animals can remember it, this is one of the first things he does to manipulate the animals. Napoleon is smart enough to know that anything he says the animals thinks its right. Since Napoleon has this saying it makes all the animals get behind him, He uses this chant as a weapon towards anyone that disagrees with him.Napoleon takes advantage of his smartness and uses it against other animlas on the farm.”No animal shall kill any other animal without cause.”This is one of many commandments Napoleon changed to suit himself. Napoleons saying relates to Donald trumps saying “Make America great again” It relates to “Four legs good two legs better” because they both are short and snappy, they are easy to remember.

Napoleon doesn’t participate in the battle of the cowshed and watches because he’s the ‘best.’ Napoleon doesn’t fight or participate in the battle, he is not willing to risk his life for just a battle against humans and makes other animals risk their own lives for him. Napoleon’s absence was significant because he was up to something with squealer, also he kept the pups back to protect himself so if something went wrong he was protected. Kim Jong-un is a real-life person like Napoleon. They are both dictators and keep people back to protect them. Napoleon and Kim Jong-un are all about themselves and want everything for themselves, they also think they are the best.

Napoleon starts trading. Since Mr Jones has screwed up the farm his neighbour (Mr Fredrick) is trying to get the farm back. Mr Fredrick one day turns up to the farm to speak with Napoleon. Since Napoleon wants more luxuries and is living in the house. He is willing to speak with Mr Fredrick. When Napoleon trades something with Mr Fredrick Napoleon get a bottle of Whiskey in reward. Napoleon loves Whiskey and getting drunk so this makes him trade more stuff so he can get drunk. Throughout the novel, Napoleon has changed more into a human.
